1. Return Window & Condition
Return Period: We accept returns within 30 days of the date you received your item.
Condition: To be eligible, items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging included.
2. Return Shipping & Fees

Shipping Costs: The customer will bear the return shipping cost for all returns.

Faulty Items: If the item is faulty or incorrect, Adult Weekender will cover the return costs.

Restocking Fees: Adult Weekender does not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Return Labels: We do not provide pre-paid labels; we recommend using a tracked postal service.
3. Personalised & Hygiene Items
Personalised Products: Items made to order (custom t-shirts, etc.) are non-returnable unless faulty.
Hygiene Items: For health reasons, Wigs, Hosiery, Underwear, and Cosmetics cannot be returned if the seal is broken or packaging is opened.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at hello@adultweekender.com with your order number. Once approved, please send your item to:

5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (usually 2-3 business days), we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
