Please read this policy carefully before returning any item, as the process differs between fancy dress/standard stock items and personalised products.
Return Window & Overview
- Return Period: 30 days from the date you receive your order.
- Return Method: By mail only.
- Return Label: Customer responsibility — customers must arrange and pay for return postage.
- Restocking Fee: None — we do not charge any restocking fees.
- Refund Processing Time: Within 10 business days after your return is received and inspected.
All returns must comply with the eligibility requirements outlined below.
Fancy Dress & Standard Stock Items
You may return most non-personalised items within 30 days of receipt, provided that the items are:
- Unworn, unused, and in their original, resaleable condition.
- Returned in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt).
Hygiene exclusions (non-returnable if opened or worn):
- Wigs and headpieces
- Underwear and panties
- Hosiery, stockings, and tights
- Cosmetics, face paints, and makeup accessories
If any of the above excluded items are returned opened, worn, or used, we will not issue a refund. You may request to have the item returned to you for a tracked postage fee of £5.99.
How to Return (Fancy Dress & Standard Stock Items)
- Complete the Returns Form on our website or include a written note with your order number and reason for return.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Send it back via a tracked postal service of your choice.
- Retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
Refunds for Fancy Dress & Standard Stock
- Refunds apply to the product price only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
- Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
- Deductions may apply if the returned product or packaging shows signs of wear, damage, or missing components.
Personalised / Print-on-Demand Items
All personalised or made-to-order products (such as T-shirts, hoodies, and mugs) are created specifically for you. Therefore, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless:
- The item arrives damaged, defective, or faulty, or
- We have made an error (e.g., wrong size, design, or spelling).
Please ensure that all names, dates, and design details are correct before placing your order. We cannot accept returns for customer-input errors or change-of-mind situations involving personalised goods.
Reporting Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If your personalised or standard item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective:
- Contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
- Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos showing the defect or error.
- Our support team will review and respond within 2 working days.
- If approved, a replacement or refund will be issued according to your preference.
Exchange Policy
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, please return your original item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refund Processing Timeline
- Returns are inspected within 2–3 business days of arrival.
- Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of receipt.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed.
- Depending on your payment provider, funds may take 3–5 additional business days to appear in your account.
Non-Refundable Costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
- Any items returned that are ineligible for refund (due to hygiene reasons or wear) may be sent back upon request, with a £5.99 tracked return fee.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under UK Consumer Law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations and Consumer Rights Act.
You are entitled to a refund or replacement if an item is faulty, not as described, or does not perform as expected.
